Andorian designed, right? The wings and nacelle positioning are characteristic Andorian.

How strange it is! Perhaps some Vulcan influence in its design.
All that surface area must serve a purpose, probably to house personnel and equipment. I'll have to check it out at the website. Too bad these aren't model kits. I'd have 'em all.
