Concept Artwork for my 'Percy Palmer' character
that appeared in my Erma Spin-off fanfiction: Sidney: Kindred Spirits.

(Let's get this out of the way from the get-go: Percy is based on Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

Bet you didn't know that )

Percy's backstory is similar to both Erma and Sidney (though, mostly Sidney)
He is half human. born from a human father (deceased), and a mother who is a Anthropomorphic Spider Creature.

(or, to put it bluntly: a Spider Woman.)

After failing to save his father's life due to being too scared to do anything other than watch,
Percy's guilt and self-loathing drove him to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to stop bad things from happening.

Forced to hide his identity by his worrisome mother,
Percy's antics kinda makes him a superhero to many in Blairwood.

(dubbed the "Spiderling", "Arachni-Kid", "Spider-Boy", and even "Spider-Man" by many.)

Only Sidney of the Rat People knows Percy's secret, and secretly helps him in his moral crusade.

(..and, all of THIS is happening while Erma and her family are away in Japan.)
