Apart from the alternate Batmobiles, Rocksteady provided several"repaint DLC" for the standard Batmobile in Batman: Arkham Knight.
one that stands out is "The Riddlermobile"
which appears to purposely look like The Riddler just vandalized the Batmobile just to spite Batman.
Technically this is impossible, as the Batmobile as counter-measures
that gives hostiles an electric shock if they get too close to the car..
BUT, what the heck?!
It's just so funny, and is EXACTLY the kind of thing that Riddler might do.

Riddler does claim that he's going to take the Batmobile once Batman is dead in one of the races, so maybe this is Rocksteady showing what would happen to the Batmobile if Riddler got his hands on it. Speaking of Riddler, did you notice how funny he tends to be when freaking out in this game?

It's ALWAYS funny whenever he freaks out as you progress in his challenges.
ever since the first game, Arkham Asylum,
your progress was measured not only in percentage..but also in Riddler's behavior.
he would start off smug at first,
but as he starts getting anxious, and later angry, it was a sign to players that they were winning.
(thank goodness that in Arkham City and Arkham Knight,
your reward for completing his challenge is getting to punch him in the face.)
The problem with Riddler is that while he IS a genius.
he has an oversized ego, that makes him believe that he, and ONLY he is a genius.
and, that even other genius are less intelligent than him,
and can't believe that anyone else can be just as (or, even smarter) than he is.
It is also apparent he has unresolved issues with his father,
as during his battle against Batman and Catwoman, he mistakenly says: "TAKE THAT, FATHER!"
In another life, he would've made a great private investigator and ally and friend to Batman.

There actually was a time in the comics where Edward Nygma got amnesia and forgot he was The Riddler and for a period of time became one of Batman's allies because he went back to working for GCPD.

Anyone whose ever played these Batman games
have learnt to despise Riddler, and relish opportunities to wail on him.
his smug, superiority complex (and, perchance to cheat)
makes him even more fiendish than Joker.
Joker is at least funny. Riddler is just plain annoying.

(well, he DID hijack Batman's communications in Arkham Asylum..so, that is possible.)
though, Riddler also might've used his robots to do it.
as I doubt he could disable the Batmobile's security indefinitely.
as knowing Batman..he has a failsafe for his own security
