Guh... should... be... studying... but... wanted to... do this... so bad! DX I have such a weak will for resisting drawing... Oh well...
Back in the summer, my little sister and I went to see Brave, and I literally fell in love with the animation in it! X3 The story was a little bit cluttered in my opinion and could have done away with some unneeded stuff, but overall, it was a good Pixar movie and is up the standard of the mean of the other Pixar films (and being from that special wee corner of Scotland that speak really fast in comparison to everyone else, I could understand Young MacGuffin basically! ). Apart from Cars 2, and that new Planes film that's coming out... John Lasseter, please. Stop before you make a bad Pixar film... And there's the Rise of the Guardians. Sweet Lord, I want to see this film so bad! DX The designs are so pretty, the animation looks stellar and the story looks well done as well! So, no spoilers here ladies and gentlemen!
As in the words of everyone's favourite self proclaimed sociopath, It's an experiment! Yeah, I was playing around on Photoshop and the vectors on it. Was aiming for a little more stylised version, but I wanted to practise the eyes (which looked real ugly), so I went for my own weird Disney style. The background was inspired by the will-o-the-wisps in Brave and frost... go figure... Vectoring needs more work, and feedback will be really appreciated, please!
