OMG SONIC AND THE BLACK HAS BEEN MY DREAM COSPLAY FOR YEARS AND ITS FINALLY COMING TOGETHER
So after much stress, tears and general tantrums I;ve finally finished Sir Percival
With help from my best friend HowlingSilverWolf and her amazing painting skills!Percival is built from cm thick foam layed up into shapes before finally covered with fleece! ^^ The painting and extra details were done by my friend as she's an epic painter!
Next to do is the armor >D
Sir Percival mascot head made by me! With painting details done by HowlingSilverWolf! The costume will be worn at London May MCM Expo 2012

hehe thank you ^^ I've literally just got home from expo X3 yeah the weather was unexpected after so many weeks of cold! But our stamina held up through the heat! We were warm though

What did you use to fill in the spaces between the foam?

The foam is construd by hot glue -^^- there is nothing between the foam except hot glue holding together

There is a chance I will be taking her to summer of sonic as well (alon with my two friends being lancelot and gawain) the only thing currently stopping us is a) travel, as we have to travel for the day down from lincoln which can be hard with a massive fur suit and b) venue. Last year was just way too hot, I was boiling alive and I was inmy silver cosplay which was very miniscule. I dont do well with the heat so i dont think I could pull of a fursuit if it was to be that hot again >.<
