Blue Shoes and myself loved the ending credits picture of Uranus and Neptune so we wanted to cosplay those dresses. We decided to add in their forehead symbols because Princess Serenity had hers in her gown and added ribbons to the back of the belts to make it a little more feminine. To tie in the flowers that they are surrounded by Blue Shoes made up a bouquet using both flowers and tied navy and gold ribbon to it as if Uranus was giving it to Neptune.
