outfit is from episode 99 of Sailor Moon because my girlfriend and I couldn't wait to finish Haruka and Michiru's school uniforms before cosplaying them xD And yeah, yeah, I know Neptune's element is the sea specifically, but the fountain had an Octopus in it! Not a live one, just a statue, but still... xD
