This is a really awesome shot. The colours looks really great, and I love how the curved edges really pull the viewer in to the brighter colours in the center.

That's beautiful. I like how the title fits it well. One thing I would have done is photoshopped it to get rid of that black ring towards the bottom, but that's just me

The lampshade was a great idea - I love the way it makes all the colours and shapes reflect all over the place. It makes me rather dizzy.

Those are made from the fabric on the inside of the lamp shade, which is what I placed the disco ball in.

Back on topic, I love this! The colors are really fun and the detail is perfect. It's got enough motion blur that we can almost see it moving, but still has great focus. I love the colors, the way the bright lights shine through the flowers, and the reflections! I was trying to figure out what it was inside, because it looks awesome! The lampshade around it was seriously the best idea. One more thing I'd like to point out is asside from the flowers that have been reflected onto the lampshade, the way the colors from the lights blend is really beautiful as well. Sorry if I make no sense! Do I ever?

great imagination and detail here, i think in this case you really do want the disco ball dead centre, from left to right, but i like the use of space top and bottom..
shutter speed looks to be perfect, any longer and you'd lose the detail of the surrounding lights

Beautiful work! The colors are great, very vibrant and also warm. I like the way the flowers are all over the inside of the lamp shade. Very interesting look at this disco ball. Funny thing is I have one with a fish print and never thought to take a photo of it!

Only you could think of something as AWESOME as this. A lamp shade? Seriously. Genius. It caught the light and colors so well and gave this picture a lot of depth. Something you probably wouldn't think you'd get with a lamp shade and a disco ball.
