For someone with artblock you've done very well drawing this up and colouring it. As mentioned earlier her head tis a bit small for her body.

I don't want to come across as being mean but I think you should stick to Liz's normal design, this just looks a little...off. Her body seems a little too tall for someone who in past pictures looks small....ish and cute. And I didn't know she has a belly button peircing.

Well this is generally her normal design (minus the clothes). As for her body seeming a little too tall, I agree. Even though this was going to be something else but changed it to Liz the last minute.
And she's always had a belly button piercing.
