It is a very good piece! and I just adore the glowing effect! She reminds me a lot of Canvas. and you have some excellent shading effects done. I personally still have to learn things like shading.
The only con I would have is it is a little dark. the background that is. so it is kinda hard to focus on the whole picture. aside from that it is a excellent picture. keep at it girl! can't wait til your next picture!
