My lil' underappreciated psychic-type Eevee chara, Nomivee. All hail his cuteness!I used tons of cat reference photos, so that explains why he looks very kitty-like. I couldn't bring myself to do a background after spending three hours drawing all those hundreds of individual hairs on his coat... x.x
Drawn on Eevzy's Place Oekaki, using Shi-painter. Took about five hours to draw.
Feel free to use this image for personal use - avatars, blog layouts, printing out for personal stickers/shirts/etc... just don't use it for profit and I should be okay with it! Lesse, kitties are adorable, Eevees are adorable, and when you combine the two like this you get something so impossibly cute that it could cause the average person to burst into flames.
