My lil' underappreciated psychic-type Eevee chara, Nomivee. All hail his cuteness!I used tons of cat reference photos, so that explains why he looks very kitty-like. I couldn't bring myself to do a background after spending three hours drawing all those hundreds of individual hairs on his coat... x.x
Drawn on Eevzy's Place Oekaki, using Shi-painter. Took about five hours to draw.
Feel free to use this image for personal use - avatars, blog layouts, printing out for personal stickers/shirts/etc... just don't use it for profit and I should be okay with it!
