I made this along with Eevee and Flareon in OpenCanvas. I guess I got a little OpenCanvas-crazy that day :3Bleh, I don't really like it though. Mews are so hard to draw...
Feel free to use this image for personal use - avatars, blog layouts, printing out for personal stickers/shirts/etc... just don't use it for profit and I should be okay with it!
