Rika is a hot beauty who joined the Freedom Fighters as a hair stylist. When she was seen using her Flamethrower attack, which came from her hands, not her mouth, to take out SWATbots spying around the Great Forest, she was made official. She is a good sabouteur against Dr. Robotnick's non-robot allies, she uses her woes to get in and find out his latest plan when the Freedom Fighters need intel, then, when the likes of Nack and Nic are asleep, Rika would slip out and inform Sally and Jeremy of the plan.

Powers: Other than her Flamethrower technique, she also throws Ember fireballs to conserve inner energy. After training with Sonic, she can do a Fire Spin Dash, where she does Sonic's Spin Dash while covered in fire.

Weaknesses: Hates dresses, as they hinder her fighting skills a lot.

Hobbies: Helping Bunie in her hair salon, clothes shopping.

Secret: Hs a crush on Ryu The Riolu
