Finally ready! I just have to say that now when I have picked up Javik in ME3 and drawn this, I am really starting to like this guy
He and his weird accents and all. I did that background pretty quick - not that I'd be in a hurry or anything. I added some warm color and contrast to boost that atmosphere, if there even is one I hope you'll bounce with happiness when you see this Spyke
Like Liara did when she saw Javik 
Done in approximately 10 hours (?) with Photoshop CS6.
