Well, I thought about it, and I think it'd be a funny story if Polly all of a sudden got Underdog's powers.Underdog would be flying away everywhere and one day after talking to Polly, he flies away and loses his ring in her office. Later, some big thugs/aliens/monsters attack the city and Underdog is Shoeshine again, so he doesn't have any power. Polly wanted to bring the ring to Underdog, but was running out of time, so she ran into the phone booth and...
BAM!
So Polly, the inexperienced superheroine, she'd probably break out in accidental attacks and corny, Sailor Moon-esque one-liners. XD
As for the picture itself, if you see a little red/pink on Polly's head, it's because I was going to put a ribbon on her star clip, but I didn't like it, so I tried erasing it but it didn't work.

I have to say it's an awesome idea, right down to the story you made. But I don't think the pill works that way. I think it's a booster so the effects of the explosion that made him Underdog would remain. I think if anyone else took it, it just be like taking a sugarpill..nothing.
