1. No diving or running allowed. Floating and rubbing, however, are highly encouraged.
2. Lack of floating or rubbing is not allowed. In such an event, please consult and stick to the nearest Pokefloat.
3. Stretch and flex constantly, and take deep breaths. The smell of pooltoys is healthy. Nuzzle particularly to Pokefloat stomachs, cheeks, and paws.
4. Frowning, crying, or any sort of discomfort is not allowed by the pool. Any such displays will result in extra administration of nozzle inflation and paws.
5. Administration of nozzle inflation and paws may occur regardless of mood or state of well-being.
6. State of well-being must always be airy, floaty, and squeaky.
7. Sharp objects do nothing. Don’t even try.
8. Humans allowed.
9. Not for long.

I'm jealous. Being a gender less Riachu at a pool would be wonderful. Squeaking wouldn't drive me insane. I would encourage he Riachus to lick me, and make me one of them. That's what I would do, and I would be happy.

So as they receive more air and latex, they change more both physically and mentally? And I assume by the time they have completely changed, they spend most of their time floating in the pool and rubbing each other? I'd imagine a living pooltoy rubbing its own rubber skin on another would feel good :3

Just as I thought. Probably wouldn't have need for any human memories either~
I guess this is a free public pool that for some reason has no management and is opened all year round. Just a sign that has all of the rules in that description and maybe a message that says "Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." Probably also has an automatic pool cleaning system perhaps implying it was once managed by humans (I would imagine for a pooltoy to stay healthy they shouldn't be covered with algae). Lastly the pool is very big because even though people don't come there often, there are a good amount of Raichu pooltoys there~
