Description
A flying type eevee. Evolves with a Dragonairs jewel. Has the power of changing weather by shaking it's head and making the jewels on it's ears ring. The orbs on it's tail represent rain, sun, sand and hail. It's so light it can ride clouds that it creates for itself to ride on.If I ever see anyone steal this baby I'm going to *sensored*. Heh... I just like it so much... ^_^'

Yoursreally does look a lot like my Summoneon 0.o I first made Summoneon years ago. Maybe you saw it in elfwood or something accidentally and jusr remembered a few details when drawing your version os a flying type eeveelution. I don't know.
And BTW this reminds me that I need to draw a new version of mine :/
