Mr. Tickle did forgive him after chasing Mr. Clever around. Mr. Tickle wasn't going to hit him with the hammer. He was just scaring him so Mr. Clever wouldn't mess with Mr. Tickle again

Don't worry Mr. Tickle stopped after hours of chasing him because Mr. Clever is surprisingly fast...it's mostly the fact that he doesn't really want to hurt him (he is a sweetie) but he was still angry at him and that anger didn't last long (he forgave him after)
