Rex Raptor (Dinosaur Ryuzaki) from Yu-Gi-Oh is actually a pretty good, or at least decent character. He doesn't cheat at the very least. Sure, he's kinda mean and such, but lets face it he's not nearly as bad as Weevil Underwood.I wanted to try a crayon thing in my art program, so that's what I did.
