When I was in Oklahoma, I met a pet racoon. The pet racoon was like a ferret on stroids and never slept. There are quite a few pictures of me and this pet racoon, but I didn't want to over do it.Related content

Oh dear no, they do not make good pets. They have an unbelievable amount of energy and are really rather destructive. Although, they are fun when they are young, once that call of the wild hits (usually around puberty) they (like many wild animals) become aggressive and even more so destructive. When this one hit that stage, my relatives had to give him to a nature reserve or something like that. He was simply too aggressive for them to handle. : / Not to mention, even if he hadn't become dangerous like that, finding a vet who would help you take care of it would be a difficult task. x.x;
But yeah, he was very fun to play with. It was fun being able to handle and play with an animal I usually see digging in my trash.
