I found an image of the Sprites used for the Digimon Ver. 1 V-Pet, which I one day plan to obtain (Two of them so I can battle), and I decided to modify it to turn it into an evolution path chart. The lines and colors are noted as to whether or not a Digimon can only be obtained by either Agumon, Betamon, or being exclusive to a certain Digimon. The only other thing I changed from the original image was changing the names on the Digimon to their proper US spellings or names (Tyrannomon, Devimon, MetalGreymon, Monzaemon were what I changed). I'm uploading this solely out of boredom, and for those who need an evolution reference (Like myself). To point out the exact requirements below:

Fresh:

Botamon, born from a Digi-Egg.

In-Training:

Koromon, wait 60 Minutes as Botamon.

Rookie:

Agumon, 0-3 Care Mistakes.
Betamon, 4+ Care Mistakes.

Champion:

Greymon, 0-3 Care Mistakes, Train 32+.
Tyrannomon, 4+ Care Mistakes, Train 5-15, Overfeed 3+, 0-4 Sleep Disturbances.
Devimon, 0-3 Care Mistakes, Train 0-31 (Agumon).
*0-3 Care Mistakes, Train 48+ (Betamon).
Meramon, 4+ Care Mistakes, Train 16+, Overfeed 3+, 0-6 Sleep Disturbances (Agumon).
*0-3 Care Mistakes, Train 0-47 (Betamon).
Airdramon, 4+ Care Mistakes, Train 8-31, Overfeed 0-3, 9+ Sleep Disturbances.
Seadramon, 4+ Care Mistakes, Train 8-31, Overfeed 4+, 0-8 Sleep Disturbances.
Numemon, When you do not fulfill the requirements of other Digimon.

Ultimate:
Minimum requirement: 15+ battles at either Child or Adult stage.
For a good chance of evolution: 15+ battles at both Child stage and Adult stage.
A high win percentage improves the chances of evolution, but battling at both Child and Adult stages is more important.
