Nice tut, should read like this though (unless you're using a Linear Only transform for t1)

Step 1
New Blank flame

Step 2:
On Transform 1 Change Linear to 0
Set Blob to 0.5

Step 2
Add transform
On Transform 2 Change Linear to 2.677

Step 3
Add Transform
On Transform 3 Change Linear to 0
Set Julian to 0.5


On the variables tab you can change julian_power and Julian_dist for different effects shapes, julian_power=6, julian_dist=-1 for example
I suggest setting the weight (under the transform tab) of Transform 2 to 0.01 or some low value
and shrinking Transforms 1 and 3
