Sorry, it's a blue mutation masked lovebird. Easy mistake to make though, 'cause both conures and masked lovebirds have the eye ring. Conures have long tails, so that's another feature to look for.

By looking at it, it's a Dutch blue masked lovebird. Even if I'm not 100% on the mark, I can guarantee it's definitely not a conure of any kind.

The colours are astounding, the green on the tree and the green background help make this a truly excellent shot.
I love the way the bird is looking into the dead space as well.
