Dang I saw this on pinterest 20 minutes ago and it looks fantastic my dude. How do you go about drawing cyberpunk art like this?

Thanks! In the case of card art like this, I normally get detailed descriptions to work with. From there I use the visual vocabulary I've built up over the years viewing movies, books, and games within the genre to hopefully construct a convincing cyberpunk scene. Kind of an oversimplified answer but you get the gist.
