Say hello to The Night Baskers. ;D

I'm sure some of you are familiar with my sneasel, Solitaire. :3 Buuut, you guys don't know my shiny Absol (who I really do have in my Soul Silver game). ;D

Anyway, info!

Solitaire-
Personality: She is a very calm yet stubborn (and easily angered) Sneasel with a strong and cold front. She concentrates on her own opinions and views and tends to block out the ones of others if they clash with hers. Because of this, it is very hard to make her back down. She may seem a bit sharp around the edges, but she does have a good heart and tries to show others that she is strong while also, with a fake indifferent attitude, trying to help. She acts like she doesn’t care much when it comes to offering help, but she actually does, depending on the attitudes of others…she doesn‘t really mean to act the way she does at times, but her attitude prevents her from really showing full warmth. She also has a soft spot for young pokemon, as long as they’re not bratty.

Extra Info:
-She was once a loner and stole from other pokemon. But things changed…how? It is unknown to everyone.
-Events in her past caused her to become cold and rebellious, which led to her reputation as a thief. Luckily, not too many pokemon now know about her past crimes.
-She has suppressed memories. Sometimes she tries to remember a few of them, but it’s been so long that she just can’t.
-She always longs to become stronger and to show others her strength. She constantly tries to be the dominant and strong one in a battle and/or situation.
-She has a habit of hitting Solace whenever he acts like an idiot.
-She doesn’t question Solace’s loyalty and once in a while takes advantage of it. But sometimes, she does wonder why he’s so dedicated to her.
-She often calls Solace “stupid” or “an idiot”, to which he would respond with “I know~”.
-She is faithful to the motto “Steal from the rich and give to the poor”.

Solace (pronounced "Soul-lace")-
Personality: Being a very cheerful and bright Absol, he often jokes around and playfully teases others, mostly his partner Solitaire. This, of course, leads to some pokemon not taking him seriously. However, he is very trustworthy and also has a charm that seems to attract other females, to Solitaire’s annoyance.
When on a serious mission and/or situation, Solace let’s his carefree attitude diminish and he takes things calmly and with thought. Outside of his cheerful borders, he is a deep thinker and truly tries to assess each and every possibility in a situation. When he fights, he fights with elegance and with a passion. Other than that, he can seem a little dimwitted at first, but in reality, he’s intelligent, dedicated, and loyal.

Extra Info:
-Even though many females fall for his charms, he claims that Solitaire is his “Number One Lady”, which annoys her, to his amusement.
-Despite Solitaire being the complete opposite of him, he is never fazed by her attitude (unless she's scary...) and only follows her with a smile on his face.
-The most important pokemon to him is Solitaire, though it‘s not completely obvious. As to WHY she’s so important to him, no one knows.
-He almost never questions her decisions, but if he DOES, it’s only half-heartedly or playfully. Unless it is very serious…but that hasn’t happened yet between them.
-The only things that really bother him with Solitaire are times when she acts selfish, dwells in the past, or acts on a whim without thinking things through.
-He, like Solitaire, apparently had a bad past as well, but he refuses to talk about it. He insists that he “wants to live in the present” whenever he is questioned. Solitaire respects his wishes to stay silent.

Night n’ Gale-
Personality: Gale has a personality disorder, and because of this, actually has TWO sides to him: the main one being Gale and his “other self” being “Night” (named by Solace).
Gale- He is a gentle , polite, and kind-hearted Kirlia that loves to be around others. He seeks to please and is always there to lend a hand when he is needed. Because he grew up with the children at the daycare, he knows basic housework and is very patient with other pokemon. As a result, he almost never gets angry. His ability to sense emotions allow him to know how to handle certain situations, but this makes him more prone to being overwhelmed by someone’s feelings than the average pokemon (therefore, if someone ever got angry with him, it would hit him harder than it would for any other Pokemon without his ability).
Night- Like Gale, he too likes to please others, has good intentions, and is always there to help. However, he is more expressive with his emotions (including anger or excitement), and if he feels strongly about something, he isn’t afraid to speak his mind or show it. He is never afraid to fight when it is necessary and is almost never hesitant in battle. Also unlike Gale, he does not use formal terms when speaking.

Extra Info:
-Gale can turn into his other self by being overwhelmed by his own emotions or the emotions of others or, though not often, at random.
-Night can only revert back to Gale when he wakes up after falling asleep or being knocked out.
-Strangely, whenever Night reverts back to Gale, Gale’s memory of being Nigh is a bit hazy.
-Night seems to have a stronger bond with Solitaire while Gale is somewhat neutral, though he may have a slightly stronger bond with Solace.
-Gale’s personality disorder is what caused him to stay in Missy’s Daycare for so long.
-He was often teased as a Ralts because of his disorder and “Night” was always referred to as “ the freaky Ralts”.
-For whatever reason…Night sometimes acts like “Gale” is not himself, but a whole different pokemon. This happens vice versa as well.
-Gale is the one to mostly do the chores around the Night Baskers’ home. But he does them 100% willingly and happily. ;3
-Night is more of an offensive fighter while Gale mostly likes to be on the defense.
-His name isn't ACTUALLY "Night n' Gale". XD It's just "Night" and "Gale", really. :3
-Unlike normal Kirlias, Gale's "hair" is a bit shorter and he also has orange eyes. Not red. ;3
-There IS a visual way to tell the difference between Night and Gale, but I will not state it until SOMEONE figures it out. ;3
EDIT: Okay! Two people got it! It's the scarf. The way the ends curl. ;3 With Gale, the scarf curls inwards/downwards. With Night, the scarf curls outwards/upwards. Maybe it's because of the sudden change of psychic energy/emotion, if that makes sense? :3

Yup. XD I know this whole “Mystery Dungeon” thing is supposed to be happy and fun, but I kinda made it a little more serious and dark for my characters. XD Like usual, I created a storyline for them. Who knows when that’ll be revealed though.
