Abilities: Unusually fast reflexes.

Weaknesses: Most toons like Cody, are not to fond of water or if he gets too emotional that can melt or become corrupted.

Personality: Annoying, Bossy, Brash, Paranoid and a neat freak~
Cody's the kind of guy that likes keep things organised and enjoys making to-do lists to keep him moving.
Some times he is his own worst enemy and gets stress out or ether tires himself till he can't do anymore. (And with the kind of work he dose it's very easy too)
This is where Willow comes into play and tries to keep him relaxed. He feels less paranoid around Willow.

Bio: George Caecus (Cody's creator) used to be a part of a mafia called the 'The Williams family' as a gun man ever since he was 14 but after 8 years of service to the family he left to pursue a better life. Finding love with the woman of his dreams Mary Franks sooner being called Mary Caecus. Then they settled down to start a family together and had a baby boy they called Colin, It all seemed to be going right for George but sooner or later his past caught up with him.. His family home was burnt down (by the mafia he used to work for) killing his wife and injuring his now 6 year old son.
After the fire George lost everything his wife, his home and his son's eyes. He was lost in grief and poverty.
Now he needs to start from the beginning again working for his son's future, getting the money he needs for his son to pay for his operations and education. Due to his reputation in the mafia he's denied work countless times and was finding it hard to get the money he needed.

(5 years passed)

So now George works at the only place that would take him, a garage fixing cars and doing what he can to pay the bills.
Everyday was torture for poor George. His boss was heartless and cold to him, never giving him any respect or sympathy for his son. The only thing keeping him going was Colin.

Now on the other end, Colin was a very lonely but positive kid. He was always admired trains and didn't have many friends at school but the friends he had he cherished especially his father.
He would try anything to bring a real smile to his face, like making him pancakes in the morning or helping around the house the best he could with no eyesight. But disaster struck once again.
George was given a call from Colin's primary school saying that he had to be rushed to the hospital.
He felt his whole world crashing down right in front of him as the young lady from the school explained what happened, but before she could finish George was already gone. He rushed to the hospital, bursting through the doors, clawing his way through security as he was bawling his eyes out screaming for his son. As he was rushed into the emergency room, Colin lost consciousness and passed out due to his failing heart.
After 5 gruelling hours George was finally told what had become of his son.
The fire (that burnt down his old home) didn't just affect Colin's eyesight but his heart as well.
There were pieces of metal shrapnal trapped within his chest that had been dislodged due to being hit by a football, the shrapnal was slowly killing poor Colin and he was only given 3hrs to live.

(2 hours of crying and despair passed)
Obviously this mentally destroyed George. Losing his wife and now his son, how could it get any worse for him.
As he was sitting next to his son in his last moments on earth (only having a hour to live now) he heard a familliar voice.

"So thats where you ran off to, hm?" the man said.

George looks furiously at him: "It's bad enough that your family took everything away from me and now you want to mock me too! WHAT DO YOU WANT!"

The man: Now I understand your frustrations my friend. My horrible family have taken a lot from you and you probably hate me."

George: "Oh oh oh.. HATE DOESN'T EVEN DESCRIBE WHAT I'M FEELING RIGHT NOW! Now I won't ask again, WHAT DO YOU WANT!"

The man: (Puts a bunch of white roses into the vase next to the bed Colin is in) "For everything my family has taken from you, I want to give you something in return."

George: "If it's money your talking about, you better stop talking and leave!"

The man: "I what to give you a chance George. A chance to bring your son back. I think you know where i'm going with this."

George: (Looks a Colin longingly)

The man: "It's probably the only chance he's got George but i'm not going to force you to choose."

George: (Looks back at him) "Why would you even do this for me, aren't you with them?"

The man: "I'm not anymore. That family of mine has taken everything from everyone who's ever worked for my wretched excuse of a father! .. Even from me.
I just what to give back what my father has taken from my childhood friend"

So after some agreements he struck a deal with hims old friend, Alfred Williams the creator and researcher in toon development for the 'The Williams family'.

(Present day)

Unknowing of his passed or who he was, Colin (now calling himself Cody Walters) lives a happy life within the safety of ToonTown .
Now working as a local train conductor, helping toons get where they need to be throught the town.
He has also gained new friends along the way like Jack , Bonnie , Mal and.. Macey . (Grumbles)
Even falling in love with a certain Kitty. (Willow )
Some of the things that still remain from his past are mostly his injuries, like his scars on his chest and his eyesight.
He still doesn't have the best eyesight in the world, but he can see better then he used to. (Thats the reason why his eyes are pure white)

Now you're probably wondering where the workers came from?
Well let's just say there a little gift from his father.

-There is only 3 workers. (Called Wacko, Jacko and Dot)

-Only Cody can understand the workers, to other they just say goop. beep or meep.
