Yup. It's just what comes to my mind when I see Slick and Splat.

I did take a bit of inspiration from those two when I was designing them.
But it was most of my inspiration can from~
Looney Tune characters (Like Taz and Wile E. Coyote)
The Weasels from Who Framed Roger Rabbit and some parts in Villainous.

Do you think it's a improvement? I tried to give the villains much more of a darker colours scheme from the other toons.
Do you think I should change everyone else to this colours scheme or should it just be the villains? (This would mean everyone it Penny's CS)
Also.. This is what his yellow and red eyes are like when he's angry. If Slick would be in this colour scheme.

I think it's an improvement, yeah!
And if your going with darker color schemes, I think you
should only have it for the villains. It would make them
contrast with the 'good' characters and let you know there
is something not too right about the new suspicious looking
toons in town!
