"Quinn is a very deceitful and bully-ish toon, and is known for her un-fair business practices and scamming newcomers visiting the town.
When you meet her at first she may seem to be a very kind and helpful toon, with her sweet sassy charm and willingness to help out.
She will start to slowly show more of her scammer side, but by the time you figure it out it would probably be too late. As she would have already
pushed you too far into one of her countless games. Either bringing up some fees for her assistance on simple tasks, or telling you to pay
her money for taking pictures. With her multiple methods of deception and social pressuring, you will grow to dislike her over time.

She's a local menace, but the government can't do anything about removing her from the town. Due to her knowing of law and only really
getting anything other then short jail time, or a fee for criminal mischief. So it's been a undisclosed rule in town, to help anyone who might
be caught in one of Quinn's games. The town toons usually calling it a "Quinn case" and helping the victims by suggestions and offering them
help without Quinn. To Quinn's utter annoyance, and discussed towards those toons."

-She was a performer for Jack's monthly theatre performances, but had been fired after multiple harassment claims from the other performers.

-When she did work for Jack she had learned a few tricks and tips from the previous show host.
Where she had improved her comedy skills and card tricks, during her time with Jack.

-Quinn moved to town from the city over five years ago, after a bad falling out with her parents over the Napiers.

-When she isn't scamming or bribing other toons, she is usually in Venus's flower shop and helping out with her close friend.
