First off, I know he looks familiar, I know some people would mention he looks like Byakuya from Bleach, but I really didn't see it until a friend mentioned it to me to be honest XD; He was mainly inspired by Alex Mercer, that he is!! King cobra's hood -> Hoodie!! I'm so clever!! 8D *shot* His hoodie actually has the king cobra's markings, as you may see from one of the pics here -> [link] (scroll down to one picture that shows the back of the snake) This Raevan will also have MPD, because the snake that was caught has 2 heads!
Although, I kind of feel cheated because the king cobra isn't really a cobra at all.
It is a genus on it's own. And the king cobra actually has a very small hood, compared with other cobras anyway. Ah well, maybe an Indian cobra might be better, but the king cobra sounds more badass, lol! He looks like a brother to Cordelia !! XDHis rune symbol means 'serpent'. Although I know the fel essence (which the rune is mainly based on) has nothing to do with snakes, I just feel like it's such a waste to not use such an appropriate rune symbol!!

I don't really see the Byakuya thing though. I mean I guess the hair is the most similar but it's not so dominant as to make me just see him instead of Basil.

Be careful, it's venom is no joke T-T Once I saw a documentary on TV about this dude who got attacked by a king cobra, it left a gaping hole the size of a fist where it bit on the dude's stomach D:
