Well, because I started to scretch my own OC dragon and unfortunately, it looks miserable.....(I abandoned mine) 😅😅😅 so when I see your scretch......
I think I will retry mine😅😅 (maybe). So that's the story....

The best advice to learn how to draw is to keep drawing! Even if it looks miserable first. ;]
