UPDATE 01/15 2021; Speedpain of this and the two previous redraws

Another yearly redraw
Truth be told last year I wasn't really that impressed with what I ended up drawing so I really wanted to do this one just that slight bit better to make up for it Whiiiich is probably why I already got it done on the fourth day of the year x'D

To those who don't know of this one I painted my friend a portrait of Devan back in 2016 that I decided to redraw when I first rediscovered my old computer and SAI 1 on it at the time I didn't have a licence (expired?) so I couldn't save so everything I had to work on more than a day was a no go :'D that redraw ended up being simplified so it only took 2 hours since then I've redrawn the same portrait every year; 2019, 2020 and now 2021 it is a really interesting one I think since outside of showing my progress as normal redraws it also shows my confidence level increasing together with my techniques and art choices; the first is a traditional painting, the second a tiny canvas vector and simplified shading digital headshot, then big canvas and experimental style with vector lines for number three, looser pen lines as the last one in sai 1 for number four and now for number five we have a new shading style, loose lines and first entry in sai 2

I was quite surprised to find that everything except the shading took less than 40 minutes in total OVO I know I can work fast yet that was still a surprise OVO buuuut then I took over an hour to shade so everything's back to normal x'D
