What's that you say? It has not been a week since I introduced my last OC and I should stop adopting more - phew, good luck xD hahahah

This is Maya Linh, the most beautiful little werewolf I adopted from RizaKiryu (oh btw Elizabeth: I hope you are okay with her being a werewolf now xD hahaha)

Maya is a second generation werewolf after her father got bitten in his teenage years and decided to bite Maya's mother shortly after (on her request). Both her parents found themselves lost until they met the Moonwanderes: A pack of peaceful werewolves using mediation and buddhistic inspired practices to learn to control their shifts. Never having the same trouble with being accepted as her parents, Maya is open about her other self, the wolf. She has learned to control herself from birth but at times she still has trouble when the moon is full. One of the first rituals of the Moonwanderes is to be marked - it is like our baptism but for werewolves. You are painted with a strong coloured body paint while the elder wolf (kind of like a priest) of the group is saying a prayer to the moon - the kind of painting you get at your marking is important because that is the same kind you will bear the rest of your life as a wolf and as a human to special ceremonies and cleaning rituals.
Maya is very outgoing but never cocky. She respects the tradition of her pack though she might not always want to show it. Her favourite colour is turquoise and her favourite clothing is the two leg warmers she got when she was very young to cuddle with when the urge to shift got too strong.

Maya Linh prefers to be called Em, May or simply Maya instead of people saying her full name every time

Bonus fact: Devan and Ravain question Maya's origin since her name might be jcrianian. Maya Linh means 'girl of the wind' in the old language - the wind representing swiftness, childhood innocence and/or grace.
