OK here comes the question launcher: How do you make your buildings or mountains with such detail?

Well...I think maybe you are misunderstanding what you perceive as detail...my work is not the most detailed out there, but I try to add only the details that add relevant information that is needed to describe the shapes. When drawing,always keep in mind that "lines" aren't something that exist in reality apart from light and shadow. Generally you should only see lines on the side of something that is facing away from the direction of the light. Hope that helps!
