PhanteonThe Hollow Shell pokemon, and an evolved form of Eevee.
Phanteon's body is completely made of manipulatable ectoplasm, which it uses to carry around the empty shell of what it once was.
It it unknown as to anyone, what exactly caused Phanteon to lose it's previous form, though it is a likely that it's predecessor was simply cursed by the ghosts of the Unova region.
Phanteon evolves from Eevee when leveled up in the Tower of Heaven at night)

I designed this one so my friend could train it in a pokemon table-top roleplaying game we are playing. And damn, am I impressed with myself.

Interesting concept well done. My only critique is that the eyes don't fit the classic eevee evolution style. Just incase you didn't see this one, it is another version of a ghost eevee evolution. [link] I would personally like to see a revision of this one with a smoothed out design.

cool ghost eeveelution, i really like the concept you choosed to it, it looks kinda similar to my Ghost eeveeluteon, only though mine looks like a Squeleton with ghostly body, still yours is way better than mine great job

Amazing! I love how it has pieces broken off and turquoise ectoplasm. Very original concept. And its melancholy expression is beautiful.

Of all the ghost eeveelutions I've seen, I think I like this one the best. It's otherworldly, but still obviously an Eevee offshoot. And it just looks damned smexy.
