NOW THAT IS A PIDGEOT!!!
The wingspan to body ratio is perfect. The feet, the crown, and the tail are are all well done. the head needs to be about 20% larger in all dimensions but other than that DAMN!! take a cookie you deserve it. hell, take the whole frigggen JAR!!

Pawhh it's really good. The reflections and the angle of the wings look near perfect. The atmosphere's nice. Though there's one small thing that looks off. It's his left wing, the one closest to the viewer. I know it's suppose to be like those two short feathers on the other wing, but it looks like someone chopped off a section of the wing.
I also suggest having second light sources. It'd make everything look much more interesting. Like here, you could have had the light reflect of the lake and shine on the body and the wings in the color blue or something.

I tried to do that...but these things are surprisingly difficult in Vector format!
I'll do better with water-reflections next time.
And I also agree about those two feathers, but I decided to leave them in....if the Eagle had them, there's got to be a good reason for it, right?
