Description
Based on "A Girl in Armour", this is the version that is used as a book-cover art for the first book of a fantasy fiction Legend of the Vampire , published by Wisdombook, Taiwan.The publisher has adjested the colour of the actual bookart to be much much brighter for their own marketing purpose. I am not displaying the pinkish verison here for my own preference. The colour of this image is how it was when I submited to them.
I have added some "bloom effect" to make it look more dreamy. Not sure how well it really works though

This is amazing, art is simple which makes it beautiful, the color scheme is also amazing, the character has a look that she belongs there, the earing is a nice addition which grabs the eye

gawjus, dahlink, gawjus! her features have a soft, innocent air about them, and it looks so realistic. then, you have the suit of armour completely contrasting with the "innocent" look. all in all, it is a very compelling work of art.

It's not available in English... and I am not sure if the they still sell the books anymore. Anyway I don't think you have missed anything. All I knew is that the publisher paid me to paint some pictures according to the looks they specified, but as far as the book's author concerns, these pictures are not good representations of the actual content of the books...

it's difficult to know how exactly the author has the stuff in mind XD im drawing a manga about werewwolves, my boyfriend is writing it... I just keep asking him how he has the scenes in mind when he puts the "that's-not-how-I-imagined-but-is-cool face" XD
