Big news at the O. Apparently due largely to the coffee shop meeting, there are changes in tier assignment effective immediately. In case you want to read the letter but are having trouble seeing it above, here is the text:

        O Talent Recruiters and Coordinators

To:     All O Patrons

RE:     Changes to Tier Assignments

Due to reasons that will not be detailed in writing, we are compelled to reassign Ajani and Paige to Tier 1. This change will be effective immediately. Note that both Callahan and I will be happy to outline the reasons for this change in person upon your request.

Additionally, both Daniela and Hailey will move up to Tier 2. Although they are relatively new and in Tier 1, they have both scored two Tier 2 wins which is the minimum requirement to move up. Additionally they both seem quite popular and should easily provide a high return on our investments.

With these changes, here are the new tier assignments:

Tier 1       Tier 2      Tier 3
Ajani     Aria           Fallon
Paige         Miko   Gilia
Hana       Daisy      Saskia
Shanna      Marion
Amber       Hailey
                Daniela
