Woa! What a beautiful piece. I envy your ability with colours on a traditional medium. I don't normally like "dark angel" pictures. It's not the topic I don't like it's just that the vast majority of them are garish ans tasteless, particularly Celtic-themed ones. This one is done a lot better than those though.
The folds of the dress and the figure are lovely, they look like they were painted from life. I also like the subtle purple light. My only peeve are the wings. Although the painting technique and colours are nice, they look unconvincing. Like some of the feathers on the right wing are too big and are shaped and arranged similar to leaves, and one wing is bigger than the other and their triangular shape looks more like costume wings rather than real ones.

Thanks for the feedback, in all honesty I am not too happy with the wings either. Thankfully they don't seem to be distracting enough to kill the piece. But wings are definitely high on my list of "things to learn to paint better"

I thought at first that this was a photograph of a woman laying on a painting of wings in some sort of extravagant museum...

I'm always happy to see that there are still very good painters that use traditional mediums, when I saw the thumbnail I thought "very good one! but it'll be another digital painting.." and then I saw it was an oil paintig 
I really like the colours you used and the amount of details in it, expecially in the celtic knots on the pavements and her dress, very realistic, you can guess the kind of fabric it's made of
