the woman is beautifully rendered and the fabric dynamics are awfully good. but the wings look kind of flat...

Technique on this is lovely. The cool color scheme with touches of red and yellow for warmth is handled beautifully. The angle of the composition is interesting and a little different from the usual. The perspective in the stone knotwork on the upper right seems a bit "off," but is otherwise convincing. Overall, this is a memorable piece.

The way you have portrayed her dress is mostly where my awe stands. All the creases and ruffles...just wow. And for an 18x24, thats some great detail. I'm very fond of this peice of work, spended!
