Due to "circumstances" (for those who actually CARE about my posts), I couldn't' hold up my top 25 Pokémon challenge and just decided to this instead.

Also, since Kingdra is the only Dragon type in Gen II, I put Gyrados in there for two reasons;
1. We all know Gyrados should've had the Water/Dragon combination since it's debut.
2. The red Gyrados got a big part in Gold/Silver, so that's another reason.
