Just how long have you been perfecting your art style?

I started drawing in manga style in 2005, since then I searched for my own style and I think I found it between 2008 and 2009 I guess

It really does hold your own while reminding me of something I've seen

My biggest influences are japanesse manga books and many good deviantART artists and also Alphonse Mucha (yep, I'm from Czech Republic and I admire his works
It's probably because my huge manga influence - I like to draw big eyes ^^
I think I had the same colouring style since I started drawing... It might improved a bit, but I had a chance to try quite lot of techniques when I was young and also my art tools changed (In 2005 I drew only with coloured pencils, then I tried watercolours and at 2008 I bought my first copic markers, but all of these 3 techniques are my favourite, but I mostly use copics ^^).

How many manga have you collected over the years? Or do
you read online and practice various styles and techniques?
Ah, I see ^_^ I've seen some lovely photography of landscapes,
and architecture. How are things there?
It's wonderful you had a head-start in that regard; being able to
refine your technique early has really paid off from what I can tell~
I fluctuated or began with comics and various game character concepts,
so it never settled into anything until some years later. I'll have to
take a better look at all your work to see how you've come along.

I have only about 50-60 manga books (most of them are gifts from my friends
I never tried different styles, I tried to make my own style and improve it 
I'm not much into lanscapes and architecture - for the architecture I think I can't draw straight lines

Oh, I know what you mean ^_^ The town I live is devoid of it
for the most part because it is a college town mostly and older
people usually retire here. I focus online too and also the same,
I try and look for unknown titles that aren't mainstream. I find them
more appealing and usually have deeper stories that don't cater to
a wide audience but readers that want a little more
Lol! I'm not sure many people that can draw straight lines; if so, I
will have to get them to teach me! I'm free-hand when it comes to
drawing buildings and like how it is more "natural". You've really developed
something unique so I think you succeeded~

i love her hair shading, dress design and colours. but in all you pictures is sth wrong with faces, perhaps not quite wrong.. maybe propotrions? hard to say for me. i suggest to try few another styles (also classic) and compare results. because your style gets better but faces whole the time are the same.
