A closer view of the main creature. To evade predators at night, it turns on its biolights, which are located in the respiratory organ. Being a slow-moving and rather un-clever sort of creature, it evolved a powerful defense mechanism- two large daggers on its underside, along with protective spikes on its posterior. When harassed, it raises upright and attempts to thrust the venom-equipped daggers into its adversary. Its primary food are the glowing bulb creatures that it is seen here to be snacking on. I still am yet to come up with a name for this one. Any suggestions?
