One of my favourite cartoons of all time is The Bots Master. Great show of the early 90s. This is Blitzy, the little sister of the show's main character, Ziv Zulander (gotta love those names..!!

Yeah, watched it as a kid and thought about it the other day, forgot the name so I used bits I did remember and found a page on Wikipedia that fitted and it was!
Man the undertones were unexpected!
But yeah she is cool and does come off as older then 10.
