You did a great rendition of Radical (Hazel McIntyre) from Mirage's (TMNT Vol 1 #27, Complete Carnage an' Radical) and yes, she is Native American.

This is 100% passable as "Ariel" the princess sorceress from Thundarr. I mean it's totally her! Anyway, very kick ass drawing!
