I thought I was going to share abandoned sketches more often but eh, they're abandoned for a reason! There's some video game crap in here (there was a Chun Li in the other exhibit I did too!) so that should be interesting to some folk. Perhaps!The guy next to Chell was supposed to be Serious Sam and then turned into a generic dude before I closed it. Serious Sam is another character I'm always meaning to draw but haven't followed through yet.

I've had TF2 uninstalled for a long time on account of a steam bug, and missed all the Christmas promo in 2011. But it might be time to get back into it, and continue Engineer Godspeeding.

i had my laptop die on me so i missed out on both fantastic halloween goodies and chirstmas hat shaped hats %(
the enemy get confused and scared when they see an engineer coming at them so they have no choice but to soil themselves and surrender
also sentries are just like mini sentries but bigger and more delicious

It's interesting to see you use a clean vector style, though I must say it loses your unique touch.

Thanks! The funny thing is that using vectors would make pieces like that go faster, probably, but I'm not trained with the pen tool. I just use a regular brush and try to get clean strokes, which can be tedious.
Glad you enjoy seeing this process stuff, I'll try to remember to upload another batch in the future!
