It's been a while since I uploaded something here!So here's a drawing I did last night to try and get back into illustration-shape. It's of my favourite styles of dance, which I guess all happen to fall under the hip-hop umbrella.
If it's not clear, they're:
Popping - Locking - Toprocking - C-Walking - Breakdancing
I was going to include gliding but I'm not sure if that counts as a style on its own, it generally seems to supplement popping and c-walking. WHATEVER. Categorization is silly.

Awh why am I the only one who finds these adorable. 
What I find really great about this is that I've never remembered which dance is which (apart from breakdancing, of course!), but I can look at these and remember exactly what each one's like! You've done an amazing job at capturing the essence. Great, subtle split with the colours in the background (loving the paint look too), and the words almost feel like they have a rhythm in themselves, I can't really say how!
Must. Fave. Although, I'm still pretty certain I'm just captivated by the doteyes.

Do you think you could record a video of you drawing? I assume it's digital all the way, even the sketch, no? ('course you'd speed it up... If you don't have a recorder, Camtasia is a pretty cool program :<)
I dunno, I just really like your style, and I just wanna see the process it goes through before it hits the finished project :3

That remains something I'd like to do! Thanks for the recommendation; I'll check it out. There still remains a fear, however, that I'll expose myself as an art fraud when everyone sees how much trial and error I go through to get to the final image.

Also, you'll be able to attach some of your favorite music to the videos, and spread your tastes to the masses

My tastes are the raw underground hip hop shit, so I'd spare the masses from that! Seems you either like rap or you don't, and I see a lot of people listing it as that "one" genre they can't stand.
One of the problems is I couldn't just record myself drawing, speed it up and add music and upload it. I'd want it to be a production because I'm always trying to entertain people, so I'd probably try to add supplemental footage, commentary & narration, and a synchronized soundtrack or something. Hm, this overambition is probably why I complete very few projects.

My tastes can get pretty odd. Worst comes to worst, they mute the sound on your vid and supply their own
But yeah, I see what you mean. You'd rather do fuller projects.
