Yeaaah Harley have that problem, they keep showing her in a "sexy" way and , as a woman who like pin ups, i don't mind but franckly most of thoses design doesn't show a good taste and are not that interesting, i mean i understand they try to do some "burlesque" design,since she's a clown, but....... Nah doesn't work that well :/
As for men, well i don't ask a chip'n dale Batman XD, but girls also want sexy heroes (vilains) too, so be fair and give us some XD!!

This reminds me of a very strange debate I had with my friend about why the Disney cartoon chipmunks "Chip 'n' Dale" are homophonous to the Chippendale male erotic dancers. (They were supposedly named after Thomas Chippendale, my friend argued, but since no one knows who he is there is a tendency to relate to the famous male strippers.)

I totally agree. Harley is NOT a freakin' prostitute. In one of her very first appearances in the Batman: The Animated Series, she is wearing a costume where you can see basically no skin at all, and she still looks totally, 'hawt', as y'all lifeless idiots would refer to her, because it sticks right to her body shape.
Me and my lil' bro both agree Harley would do well to keep the old outfit.

Harely may look like a prostitute but the reason why other than Sexy Sells, is that the game creators find her original costume to be to simple and are trying to change it up a bit by making her look...well....Darker in a way...more equal to the Joker's Phsycoticness
