In honor of October being here, I decided to draw something a bit on the Halloween-ish side! Also, read some sort of October art meme thing that stated that the first of October should be dedicated to ghosts.

Sorta kinda. I was more inspired by that one blonde girl from Josy and the Pussy Cats though. (For the life of me I can't remember her name. I think it's Melody or something, but I'm not 100% sure.)
