In truth, Ruby Rose, the RWBY character, and not the actress must be frankly ashamed to be sharing the same name as her. I mean wow what a horrible trailer for a brand new upcoming television show. I never heard of Batwoman before. If this is how she behaves in the comic books, then wow this is going to be a huge train wreck in the making. Between this and the Sonic live action trailer, I do not know which I personally find to be more tone deaf and moronic. I do not give a damn that she is a lesbian. It is not important to me one bit.
At the very least, all that I could ever ask for is any character worth caring about. It is possible to have a main protagonist(s) who is unlikable and a total dick or bitch but he or she has to really make up for it with a compelling personality and backstory. I am not seeing any of that.

So far, from what I've hear, Batwoman made her own costume not steal what Bruce made. That and I mixed up with Batgirl with Batwoman, but turns one is Barbara and the other is by a woman named Kate Kane. Man, I'm learning new things in the DC Universe these days. Yup, saw the trailer and I did not like how her character was. Another show not planning to watch, but hope to one day see some comparison of the comic and TV version of it. Oh man, the Sonic live action movie won't be released until the next year because of the original design for the Hedgehog. I knew it would take longer than around a few months til the final version is complete.

A very common mistake to be make since well Batgirl is really popular and Batwoman is pretty much unheard of until now by the general auidyence. To be more precise Barbara Gordon dressed up as Batgirl before becoming Oracle later on. While I know there are more than one Batgirl in existence, I wonder if the same applies to Batwoman. I couldn't name the other Batgirls off the top of my head though.
That is a very easy name to remember for Batwoman's true identity. Even with the Sonic live action movie being delayed until some time next year, it still will suck since Sonic is not fit for live action.
